Yeouinaru Office Building is a building located in Yeouinaru. It has many rooms available for rent as well as at least one floor for a parking garage. The building itself is five stories tall.
Donald is renting at least two of the rooms. One of the rooms he is renting has a large table with five office chairs and a whiteboard that he uses for meetings with his executives. For some reason, he doesn't have a chair for Kingsley to sit in, so Kingsley usually stands next to Donald during executive meetings.
The other room he rents is his personal office that has a desk, two couches, a coffee table with a succulent plant, Donald's office chair, and a bookshelf filled with numerous books including ones about accounting, civil lawsuits, public appraisal, and administrative litigation. He also has a painting of a recreation of Van Gogh's Starry Night hanging on his wall. Upon entering, the right wall has a brick pattern. There is a spot for Donald to hang his suit or his Versabe jacket.
