Toby was constantly bullied by Jared and his associates, forcing him to serve them free meals at his dad’s chicken eatery. Despite that, Jared reports the shop to the authorities for serving alcohol to minors to get it shut down just for his own cruel amusement.
With his father sick and out of work, this event proves to be the last straw for Toby. He posts a statement on the school homepage incriminating Jared for his actions and accusing him of cheating. Despite Jared getting a severe beating from Wolf prior, Jared angrily confronts Toby for ratting him out and attempts to beat him up. However, Jared proved to be nothing but a cowardly parasite as Toby easily overpowers him and angrily gives his own righteous retribution.
While the faculty deem Toby a loose cannon for the incident, his decision earns him the respect of his peers.
