Seongmok Do (도성목, Do Seongmok) is an antagonist and fights alongside Dongha Baek to form the infamous Mok-Ha Duo. After being beaten by Donald alongside Dongha, he is given an opportunity to join the Union by successfully retrieving files and money stolen by Myles Joo[1]
Appearance
Seongmok Do has a large build, similar to Forrest Lee. He has short black hair that stands up on his head. He is often depicted wearing the Yeo-Il uniform. His face always appears to be either angry or stressed[2]
In the middle school flashbacks, he wears the Doshin Middle uniform.
Personality
Seongmok never speaks a single line in the series. Whether it is due to mutism or just not wanting to speak is not known. He appears to always be in a serious mood, while his partner Dongha has the polar opposite personality, constantly laughing and taunting his enemies. He enjoys fighting strong opponents.
It turns out Seongmok actually can talk when after getting beaten by Wolf, he weakly tried to crawl over and protest Gray to stop assaulting a beaten Dongha. Wolf mentions that Seongmok's voice sounds like "nails on a chalkboard." It is unclear if Seongmok's voice is naturally scratchy or if that is due to being pretty beaten up.

Daehyeon Arc
In the Season 2 Finale, Kingsley asks Donald what they should do about the Mok-Ha Duo, and if they should change the plan. Donald says no and hangs up.

Relationships
Donald Na
Due to being affiliated with the Yeongdeungpo Union, Seongmok must answer to Donald's orders. He most likely fears Donald after the beating both he and Dongha received.[1]
Dongha Baek
Seongmok fights alongside Dongha, with them being compared to a spear and a shield.[1] While they aren't anything special alone, they become unimaginably powerful by working together. They have a very close bond and are never seen apart. Dongha was willing to stop fighting Gerard and Alex to go help Seongmok who had been defeated. Seongmok was willing to resort to begging when he saw Gray ruthlessly beating Dongha up.
Abilities
Physical
Seongmok is very physically strong, using grabs and punches to take out enemies in a fight. He is a Head Hunter as mentioned by Gerard Jin during their fight. He clearly shows less restraint while fighting, smashing people's heads against walls and even holding Myles out of a window. He is also assumed to be able to take a lot of hits, as shown during his fight against Donald, in which Kingsley mentions that the duo held out longer than he expected.[1]
Trivia
- In elementary school, Dongha saved Seongmok who was locked in the gym.
