Seongjin Cheon is a student at Seoknam High School who holds a grudge against the Mok-Ha Duo.
Appearance[]
Seongjin has greyish hair that is styled upwards towards his left. He has greyish eyes. In middle school, he wore Doshin Middle School's uniform.
Personality[]
Seongjin is a delinquent that, presumably due to his desire to join the Union, enjoyed bullying others. He is a huge fan of Slam and silently fanboys over Gerard Jin upon meeting him. He holds a grudge against the Mok-Ha Duo due to them humiliating him in middle school.
Plot[]
Seongjin attended Doshin Middle School and became the school head with the intent to join the Union. However, the Mok-Ha Duo waited until a week before graduation to defeat Seongjin to humiliate him at his peak. Afterwards, Seongjin got revenge on Seongmok by going after him when he was alone. He and his gang then went after Dongha, but Dongha defeated all of them on his own.
Later on, Seongjin attended Seoknam High School. He somehow became acquainted with Phillip Kim and often joined him at the Bar. When Eunjang went to war against the Union, he attended the Rebellion's meetings where he was happy to meet Gerard, the lead singer of Slam, which Seongjin is a big fan of. He wanted to get revenge against the Mok-Ha Duo.
At the Han River Battle, Seongjin confronted Seongmok and asked where Dongha is. He says he'll just have to get only half his revenge since only Seongmok is there. Since Seongmok can't talk, Seongjin puts in some earbuds and blasts music loudly as he charged at Seongmok. Seongmok overwhelms Seongjin and ultimately defeats him.
After Ben and Gray arrive, Seongjin is amongst the crowd and watches the two fight against Donald Na. He leaves the battlefield after the two lose.
Relationships[]
Phillip Kim[]
Seongjin became acquainted with Phillip Kim in high school and became part of his social network. He agreed to fight on Eunjang's side when Phillip was recruiting fighters to even the numbers against the Union.
Gerard Jin[]
Seongjin is a big fan of Slam and recognized Gerard. He owns Slam CDs.
Seongmok Do and Dongha Baek[]
The Mok-Ha Duo attended the same middle school as Seongjin, where Seongjin was the head of the school. They waited until a week before graduation to beat Seongjin up and humiliate him. Seongjin gathered up his posse and hunted Seongmok down when he was by himself and beat him up. Then, Seongjin and his friends hunted Dongha down, but Dongha overpowered and defeated all of them. Seongjin still holds a grudge against them and immediately decided to fight Seongmok during the Han River Battle, also mentioning that he was disappointed he wouldn't be able to get his revenge against Dongha at the same time. While fighting one-on-one against Seongmok, Seongmok had the upperhand.
