Dongpal is relatively tall with a broad build. He has dark hair style in an undercut. He is shown to always wear a dress shirt and blazer.
Personality[]
Dongpal is rather vulgar as he was shown casually talking about his sex life in public. Like with the rest of Cheongang, he looked down on the Union and thought they'd be easy to turn away.
Plot[]
Episode 165[]
Dongpal and Pansu are standing guard at the Octagon’s front entrance. Dongpal tells Pansu about sleeping with a woman multiple times last night. Jimmy approaches them and Dongpal asks who he is and if he was eavesdropping on them.
Jimmy says he came to go inside the building. Dongpal flicks Jimmy’s forehead and tell him to piss off because there’s a very important meeting going on right now. Jimmy knocks out Dongpal with punches to the face and Wolf does the same to Pansu with punches and kicks.
Episode 243[]
Dongpal is standing next to Pansu and Blonde Cheongang Fodder at the Han River Battle. They watch in shock as Wolf and Jake fight.
