Colton Choi (최효만, Choi Hyoman) is a student in Class 1-5 of Eunjang High School. He is an alumni from Eunjang Middle School.

Appearance

Colton Choi is of tall stature and is muscular. Colton has black hair with yellow highlights on top and long black sideburns. Throughout the story, Colton is seen wearing the Eunjang uniform with the buttons of the shirt undone. Under his top, he wears a long-sleeved black shirt visible under his uniform shirt. He wears the regular black trousers from the uniform and pairs his outfit off with a simple pair of sneakers.

Personality

Colton Choi has a typical delinquent personality. He takes pride in his actions of bullying those weaker than him as he happily talks of his violent activities, and publicly humiliates students by spitting on them. He is judgmental and feels empowered from his delinquent status as he carefreely sexually assaulted Gray Yeon by groping his crotch upon their first meeting regardless of the fact he does not know anything about him.

However, he is weak to the “hierarchy”. This is seen when he becomes actively afraid of Gray Yeon after being beaten ruthlessly twice and he avoids confrontations with stronger individuals as he lets Teddy Jin sit where he normally sits. Since being publicly humiliated by Gray Yeon, he carries out his delinquent activities outside of the classroom, as he picked a fight with Alex Go at first sight.

Also, he's not a big fan of vegetables as he says, "Always these fucking plants."

History

Colton Choi was a notorious delinquent from Eunjang Middle School. At some point, he and another student from Eunjang, Alex Go, had a dispute during a basketball game.

Plot

Eunjang Arc

Colton Choi is transferred to Eunjang High School where he was placed in class 1-5. Colton wasted no time in asserting his dominance in the class by boasting about his bullying as well as spitting at his classmates. While eyeing for his next victim, Colton spotted a short student named Gray Yeon who he took interest in for his feminine appearance. In an attempt to humiliate Gray, Colton grabbed him from behind and grabbed him by his neck while he sexually assaulted him by grabbing his dick. Gray wasted no time in elbowing Colton in the throat. Colton could only threaten Gray before he realized Gray had tied him up with his book bag and forced him to the ground. Colton demanded Gray let him go but this only fell on deaf ears as Gray continuously slapped Colton into submission and declaring himself the boss of Class 1-5, threatening Colton to not cause another scene again or Gray would gouge his eyes out.

Humiliated by Gray, Colton skipped the rest of the first day of school and called in his friends Royce Na and Eddie Moore to help jump Gray. While walking home from school, Gray was intercepted by the trio of bullies who mocked Colton for losing to someone as weak looking as Gray. Colton tried to defend himself by saying he only lost because Gray used underhanded tactics but Gray called out Colton’s hypocrisy as all three of the bullies were twice as big as Gray and were about to gang up on him. Colton could only watch as Gray effortlessly defeated Eddie and Royce before approaching Colton with his belt in hand, reminding Colton what would happen if he caused another disturbance. Gray whipped Colton in his forehead with the metal of his belt, making Colton bleed. Gray walked away, leaving the three pathetic bullies behind crying and agonizing in pain.

Relationships

Gray Yeon

During the first week of school, Colton thought Gray to be an easy target and attacked him. This proved to be a mistake and Gray easily defeated Colton, humiliating him in front of the entire class. That same day after school, Colton, with his friends Royce Na and Eddie Moore, confronted Gray. Despite it being three against one, Gray's tactics proved superior and all three bullies were defeated. Colton then remained quiet in the back of the classroom, fearful of suffering Gray's wrath again.

Alex Go

Alex and Colton had beef back in middle school. The beef carried onto high school, with Alex claiming that one day he was gonna crush him. In the bathroom, Colton provoked Alex and Alex easily beat him up, finally settling things between them.

Teddy Jin

Teddy ranks higher than Colton in the delinquent hierarchy. Back when Teddy was part of Phillip's group, Colton feared Teddy. When Teddy sat in his usual seat in the cafeteria, Colton chose to sit elsewhere.

Royce Na and Eddie Moore

Royce and Eddie were Colton's friends. After Colton was beaten by Gray, he told his friends about it and they laughed at him once they saw Gray at the underpass. After Gray defeated the trio, Royce and Eddie aren't shown hanging out with Colton much afterwards.

Evan Yoo

Evan initially wanted to team up with Colton to take down Gray, but Colton declined after witnessing Evan's easy defeat. Evan and Colton are later shown to be casually conversing and hanging out with each other.

Abilities

Fighting

Colton is a bit stronger than the average delinquent. Prior to his defeat at Gray's hand, he was the head of Class Five. Colton is able to defeat two fodder characters easily by himself in the bathroom.

Durability

Colton is pretty durable and held out against Forrest Lee until Ben arrived.
