Chapter 45

Chapter 45 is the forty fifth chapter of Weak Hero.

Synopsis[]

At Hyeongshin, Forrest, Scorpion, Grape, and Robin are in the student council room. Forrest says there’s no one in charge of Noryangjin thanks to Team Three. Grape says the goal was to psychologically pressure Ben anyway. Since Helmet is wandering around with nothing to do, they could just send him out instead since he has no choice but to do whatever they say.

Helmet enters the room and Grape tells him to fill in the hole in Team Three. Helmet thinks that a peasant hunting quest is right up his alley and agrees. Grape informs him that the area he’s in charge of is Noryangjin. Helmet fearfully remembers Gray but thinks that it should be fine as long as he avoids him.

At Eunjang, Teddy is sitting at his desk. Phillip and his crew enter and Phillip says to Teddy that he heard that he had a go in Noryangjin with Hyeongshin. He says that Teddy got crushed by who he was supposed to beat and beat the fuckers who were supposed to crush him. Phillip says it’s good entertainment and to not give up and keep flailing around. Teddy silently glares at them.

In the bathroom near the nurses office, Alex is on the toilet and looking through the Shuttle Patch on his phone. No matter how many times Alex swiped, his name was nowhere on the ranking, although Ben and Gerard’s names are on there. He goes to the forums and notices a comment asking why Eunjang’s White Mamba isn’t on the list. Alex wants to have a closer look but he needs a Shuttle Patch verification.

Alex hears Colton and his friend entering the bathroom and talking shit about Ben. Alex exits the bathroom stall and tries to act calm. Colton says that Alex is scared without Ben by his side and flicks his cigarette at the back of Alex’s neck. Alex grins and starts to laugh.
