Chapter 37 is the thirty seventh chapter of Weak Hero.

It is the twelfth and final part of Gray and Stephen's Backstory.

Synopsis

The admin are discussing what to do with Gray. Gray brings up the fact that the city representative’s son, Oswald Yang, had his repeated offenses of school violence minimized and covered up by the higher-ups out of fear that the school’s image might be tainted.

He points out how the principal received a massive donation for the school from Oscar Yang and pocketed additional money. He points out how the vice-principal partnered with the principal to continuously monitor and keep students and teachers from leaking information. He reveals that the homeroom teacher was offered a deal and falsified a report on the incident in favor of Oswald Yang and Bryce Oh.

Gray calls them shallow-minded people running around to silence something that everyone and their mother knows. He says they’d have better luck trying to cover the sky with their hands. As Gray leaves, the admin yells at him that as a student, he should know his place before opening his mouth.

Gray goes to Gangnam General Hospital but the front desk informs him that Stephen was transferred to another hospital because his treatment options were very limited at Gangnam General and Stephen’s mom wanted to leave the place as well. Gray no longer knows where Stephen is.

Ms. Lee calls Gray and tells him that she sent his award certificate by mail. She tells him that what happened to Stephen breaks her heart too but that Gray can’t let himself break down because of it and to be stronger and keep going.

Most high schools located near Byuksan refused to accept Gray due to their school’s image and the serious nature of his case. Oscar Yang had called up all the graduate unions in the field to blacklist Gray from most high schools. Ms. Lee managed to enroll Gray into Eunjang High School.

Gray’s middle school flashback ends. Back in the present, Wesley shows his phone to Gray to prove that he deleted the post. Gray grabs a magazine and beats Wesley. He orders Wesley to apologize properly and Wesley tearfully apologizes. Gray tells him to stay out of his sight at Hero Cram School and act like a nobody or he might really kill him. The fact that Gray’s painful memories seem to have become a laughing stock for them angered Gray.

The next day at Eunjang High School, Ben decides to make a trip to Class Five and tells Alex and Gerard to stay put.
