Chapter 254

Chapter 254 is the two hundred fifty fourth chapter of Weak Hero. It is the 127th chapter of the third season.

Synopsis[]

Gray’s elbow to Donald’s face sends Donald to his knees. The lights finally turn off and the sight of the emperor on his knees and bleeding is a bizarre one. No one could have ever imagined witnessing something like this, and a shudder runs through the crowd. Gray kicks Donald and the latter collapses to the ground, stunning everyone.

Gray turns away from Donald to face Ben and tell him of his win, but Ben yells that it’s Donald he’s up against. Donald gets back up and asks Gray how he solved Donald’s last S-level question. Gray tries to dodge Donald’s punch by calculating his center of gravity, taking into account that Donald can’t put all his weight on his injured ankle, and thinks Donald’s left arm is too damaged to use. However, Donald fights through the pain and puts his weight on his injured ankle and punches with his left arm, delivering a direct blow.

Gray falls to the ground, now unconscious. Gray has lost. To the very end, Gray has given his absolute all, only to collapse at Donald’s feet. Donald wonders what drove Gray so far. He doesn’t know what Gray’s motivation is, but at that moment, Donald sees the many faces he [Donald] has faced flash before his eyes. Among all those stares, Gray has left the deepest impression on him. He has been the most menacing of them.

Donald isn’t sure whether it is futility or regret, but Donald is overcome with a strange feeling. He wonders what it all means. In the end, there is no twist, nor is there any cliché. Until the very end, the Emperor of Yeongdeungpo sits on his throne, undefeated.

  • Gray celebrating before making sure Donald is definitely unconscious and not just knocked down is very out of character of him, which is one of the reasons why many readers are upset with the result of the fight.
