Chapter 212

Chapter 212 is the two hundred twelfth chapter of Weak Hero. It is the 85th chapter of the third season.

Synopsis[]

Giju is at the Mapo Office and is greeted by Jaeryeong. He asks where Doyun and Juwon are, and Jaeryeong informs him that Doyun went to collect money from Mr. Jang and Juwon said he is going to finish something today, though it is unclear where he is going.

Ben asks Colton and Evan to help him with his strength demonstration. They agree after Ben says he’ll buy a whole chicken from Ttosikki per person. They go to a park where Ben practices bending metal rods.

Juwon watches them from afar. He doesn’t believe a goofball like Ben actually beat Jake. He receives a call from Giju saying he has something urgent to tell him, but Juwon says to tell him at the meeting tomorrow and hangs up. He realizes that Ben has disappeared.

Juwon approaches Class Eight Guy, Colton, and Evan, and asks where Ben is. They refuse to answer and Colton threatens him. Juwon starts attacking the trio and becomes angry when Colton says when Ben gets back, he’ll beat Juwon.

Juwon is under immense pressure. He and Changhui have built Cheongang together, and his loss, at minimum, feels like it brings into question Cheongang’s strength. Worst case scenario, he is afraid it might even lead to its downfall. It has become a subconscious obsession based on a leap in logic. He has to save face because if he doesn’t, he’ll walk the path to ruin just like the others before him. It is this kind of obsessive thinking that drives Juwon closer toward madness.

Ben throws a can of blue orange soda at Juwon and demands to know what he is doing. He sees his injured friends and asks Juwon if he did that. Juwon tells him to come at him.
