Chapter 199

Chapter 199 is the one hundred ninety ninth chapter of Weak Hero. It is the 72nd chapter of the third season.

It is the second part of Jimmy and Jack's Backstory.

Synopsis[]

Jack decides to fight Manwol again if they ever cross paths again, even if he can't win. Jimmy is humiliated by their defeat and becomes obsessed with stronger. As the three get up and leave, Jimmy wonders who the Union is and is upset that they left Gilshin out.

A couple days later, Minjae discusses with his red haired friend about the founding of the Union, which is the hottest issue at the time. Gilshin isn't invited and Minjae's friend thinks the Union must be picky since Jimmy already beat the third years. They see Jimmy and Jack hanging out, and Minjae respects Jack's decision of distancing himself.

Jack tells Jimmy that Manwol has been beating up Gilshin students ever since their fight, but Jimmy only cares about Jack and tells him not to go around by himself and to avoid Dorim Street. Jack shows Jimmy the post about the upcoming kick-off meeting of the Union, and they decide to check it out.

They arrive at Haedong Building a bit before the meeting time. Jimmy calls everyone posers. Myles asks where they're from and Forrest tells him they're from Gilshin. They mock Jimmy and Jack for coming in their uniforms, but Myles says at least they don't think it's a fashion show and glares at Phillip.

Harry tells Phillip about Jimmy and Jack's defeat at the hands of Manwol's Squad 2. Phillip laughs and mocks them.

Jimmy hates his everyone is looking down on them and delusionally thinks he can take all of them on. Jimmy is full of pride but in addition of not being able to show what he is capable of, no one knew who he is and he has nothing to show in terms of appearances. The people there looking down on him irritate Jimmy and he tells you that they're leaving.

Jimmy overhears Donald asking Kingsley who's not on the list. Kingsley tells him Domyeong and Gilshin and asks if he should send them away. Donald says to let them stay because sometimes you need mutts to clean up the shit. Jimmy is angry but Jack calms him down and they leave.

To Jimmy, the most important thing is guarding his pride. He approaches Hayong and punches him in the face.
