Chapter 198

Chapter 198 is the one hundred ninety eighth chapter of Weak Hero. It is the 71st chapter of the third season.

It is the first part of Jimmy and Jack's Backstory.

Synopsis[]

Three years ago, Jack is in the same friend group as Hayden. Hayden is upset that they hung out without him, even though Hayden wouldn't answer their calls. Jack tells Hayden that's enough, and Hayden backs down and storms off.

Jack, Minjae, and their red haired friend decide to go to the snack bar without him. Minjae says he needs to return the PE uniform he borrowed and goes to another classroom. He spots the class' self portraits and laughs at one of the poorly drawn ones. Jimmy gets mad and beats him up.

Minjae goes to Jack for help, but he doesn't tell him the reason he got beaten up. Jack demands a fight with Jimmy. Jimmy became a beast over time, but is about the same level as Jack in their first year of middle school. In the end, Jimmy wins.

The next day, Jack is upset with Minjae after finding out the reason Minjae got beaten up. Jimmy tosses a pack of cigarettes to Jack and then smoke together. From then on, they become friends and hang out together.

During their second year, he and Jimmy experience their first defeat. He, Jimmy, and Hayden are confronted by Manwol's Squad 2. Hayong sees that they are from Gilshin, and since Gilshin isn't in the list of middle schools associated with the Union, he lets them go. Jimmy provokes them to fight and the Gilshin group loses. He is upset by their defeat and is upset that the Union left Gilshin out.
