Chapter 161 is the one hundred sixty first chapter of Weak Hero. It is the 34th chapter of the third season.
Synopsis[]
Jake asks Wolf if Donald ordered him to tail him. Wolf says he isn’t sticking around the Union to be Donald’s lapdog. Jake tries to give the documents to Wolf so he can take Daegwang back, but Wolf laughs and says Jake hasn’t figured Donald out. Wolf says since Cheongang is involved, the Union will have to go through one hell of a mess to get everything sorted out.
Later, Donald is leaving his office with Kingsley, having received the files from Jake earlier. Donald recalls Jake telling him that he thought it’d be too much to handle alone so he had Wolf go with him, but Donald knows that Wolf wouldn’t have gotten himself involved just because Jake told him to.
As they exit Yeouinaru, the sunlight bothers Donald and he puts on some sunglasses. He tells Kingsley that he put the Mok-Ha Duo and Hyeongshin on watch near Mapo Bridge. Kingsley understands Hyeongshin being sent, but he’s surprised that the Mok-Ha Duo were also sent.
At Mapo Bridge, Hyeongshin is standing guard. Dongha is pissed off because he and Seongmok were demoted from executives to mere observers. Dongha asks Forrest if he agrees that their position is shitty, but Forrest says that they just follow Donald’s orders. Forrest doesn’t believe that the Mok-Ha Duo defeated Myles, but he wonders if Scorpion is still alive.
At Daegwang, Donald returns the contract to Mr. Song and Mr. Song burns the papers. Donald tells him to not try to handle something that important on his own, and to talk it through with the Union before making a decision. Mr. Song agrees and apologizes.
Chungil Lee, the head of the Urban Renewal Co-Op, enters and says Mr. Song needs guts to do bigger things. Chungil is the district's big shot who used to make secret deals with Manwol, and he paid a visit to Donald after Manwol’s downfall.
A flashback shows Chungil’s initial meeting with Donald. Chungil was impressed by the profit model Donald created, and thinks Donald is nothing like the airheads in Manwol. Chungil offers to be Donald’s sponsor to clear all the legal or contractual restrictions that hinder him from doing his work. Chungil says that there is no greater good, compassion, or sympathy between them, and that they’ll work hand in hand strictly for their own profit.
It is a mutual relationship solely to use each other for maximizing profits. The need to look for an adult supervisor for every deal and the energy that had to be spent on getting around stringent laws will be taken care of with this reasonable deal. Compared to the hypocrites who looked down on the young and tried to muddy the water with their words, someone like Chungil who talks with a clear sense of numbers is rather trustworthy. The flashback ends.
Chungil says that although it was Magyeong who started all of this out of greed, the Union beat up Cheongang guys. Neither side is proud of what they did, so it won’t blow out of proportion, but Changhui Han is not someone who would gloss over a situation like this. He asks if Donald has a plan.
Donald says there’s nothing to worry about. He never bites off more than he can chew, and reminds him that it is Donald Na he’s talking to.

Trivia[]
- When Hyeongshin and the Mok-Ha Duo are standing by at Mapo Bridge, Forrest wonders "Are the scorpions still active?"; this is a mistranslation and the correct translation is "Is Scorpion still alive?" which refers to the Hyeongshin traitor.
