Chapter 149

Chapter 149 is the one hundred forty ninth chapter of Weak Hero. It is the 22nd chapter of the third season.

Synopsis[]

Gerard asks where Seongmok came from, but Seongmok doesn’t answer him. Based on what Seongmok has heard about Ben, he knows that the guy standing in front of him isn’t him. Still, Seongmok has a feeling that Gerard is tough.

Seongmok punches Gerard, who blocks in time and realizes how heavy it is. He thinks Seongmok is as strong as a horse. Gerard knees Seongmok in the stomach followed by a kick to the face. Seongmok recovers quickly and punches back.

Gerard tries to keep his distance because Seongmok will have the high ground with their current range. Seongmok charges at him and Gerard kicks him in the face, but Seongmok recovers immediately and uppercuts Gerard. Gerard realizes that Seongmok is a headhunter, and thinks his endurance is inhuman.

Seongmok grabs Gerard’s shirt to keep the distance closed and punches him multiple times. Gerard slouches to the ground, apparently defeated. He recalls that Alex is upstairs by himself, and gets back up. He says that it’s been exactly one year and says that he kept his promise to Hyeonjin. Seongmok is caught off guard and turns around just as Gerard punches him in the face.
