Chapter 137

Chapter 137 is the one hundred thirty seventh chapter of Weak Hero. It is the 10th chapter of the third season.

It is the second part of Gerard Jin's Backstory.

Synopsis[]

After Gerard beat up Jeongmu, it doesn't take long for his reputation as the Mad Hound to spread, and more people challenge him. His most recent fight results in an injured finger.

Gerard is at the train station and stares at his injured finger as he wonders why he can't control himself. He sees a toddler fall onto the train tracks and barely manages to save him as a train arrives. He quickly boards the train to get away from all the attention, but realizes he had forgotten his guitar.

He goes back to grab his guitar and is now waiting at a bus stop. Two guys approaching him and ask if he is the lead singer of Slam, which he confirms. Sinma Entertainment's director offers his business card to him. Gerard is worried that he and his band mates are too young, but the director says big artists start when they're young. He and the manager leave. Gerard recalls how they are struggling to afford just to pay for their practice room.

Later, Gerard is on the bus with Jinu who scolds him for injuring his finger, but Gerard says he can remove the cast in time for their concert. They pass by Greenfield and Gerard remembers attending a concert there when he was younger. Jinu says they need more than just talent to make it there and that they need connections. Gerard brings up Sinma Entertainment.

They arrive at Dorim Shopping Complex and realize no one is there yet. Jinu says that he has a lot going on right now, it's hard to pay for the practice room, and Hyeonjin keeps taking everything as offensive. He wants Gerard to at least try to get along with Hyeonjin and says the two of them may be tall, but they still act like kids. He notices Sangman and Hyeonjin's arrival.
