Chapter 101

Chapter 101 is the one hundredth first chapter of Weak Hero. It is the 41st chapter of the second season.

Synopsis[]

Eunjang students are murmuring as Gray walks down the hallway. Everyone has heard about his win against Wolf, and now consider him to be on a whole other level. Since he is also number one in academics, they think he's like a completely different species. As Gray enters his classroom, he feels a sense of deja-vu from the first day of class. The students used to look at him with contempt but their eyes are now filled with fear and hostility.

Gray wonders why they are looking at him like that and dares them to come at him. It is a strange feeling. It is as if he is addicted to the taste of thrill, and he almost feels like he is waiting for a similar situation that occurred on the Pass Edu rooftop to happen again. Gray doesn't realize this is the cause of the unexplainable yearning he started to feel recently.

At Ganghak, Hayden is berating a student for not filling his drawer up with sweets since his blood sugar gets low. He slaps him until another students interrupts and tells him Hwangmo wants him to go to the rooftop. Hayden tells the student he was hitting that his desk better be full when he gets back. The student wants to kill Hayden.

At Daehyeon, Jake notices Donald had called earlier. He thinks he called each school head separately. Dean guesses that Timothy was right about the Union finally asking for compensation for helping Jake. He wonders where Timmy is and a flashback reveals Timmy was stalking Gerard. Jake says he'll go and see what Donald wants and until Eunchan's suspension is over, do not tell Naksung Fam.

Not even Dean could ever imagine Jake working under someone. When Jake was in middle school he was the very top of the food chain. Naksung Fam were a group of five guys who were the only ones capable of going up against Jake. There was never any real tension between Jake and Naksung Fam.

Because Jake doesn't like conflicts, he doesn't get into physical fights. He kept to himself while Naksung Fam expanded their influence. Jake prefers a quiet life's day and can't stand rowdy things. Jake isn't the type to pry into other peoples business but he took over Daehyeon Middle School in the blink of an eye by knocking Naksung out with a single bitch slap.

After Jake took over, Daehyeon reached a plateau and Jake was satisfied with the peace and quiet. Everything shattered when Jake's older brother, Kenny Ji, got involved in a certain incident.
