They often had meetings together, with Changyeon bringing his executives with him.
A bit before the start of the series, sometime in February, Changyeon ordered Kenny Ji to recruit his younger brother due to the rising power of the Union and the fact that Manwol needed new recruits. Kenny refused because he didn't want to drag his brother into the mess. Relationships[]
Kenny Ji[]
The two seem to have known each other for a while, seeing as how Kenny was an executive. Changyeon mentioned that they've been through thick and thin together, but he didn't hesitate to cripple Kenny after the latter refused to recruit Jake and wanted to leave Manwol.
Juwon Lee[]
Juwon respected Changyeon and even considered Manwol to be Cheongang's strongest opponent. However, Juwon lost respect for him after he saw how he was unable to properly rid of Manwol of any flaws.
Janghyeok Woo[]
No interaction is shown between Changyeon and Janghyeok, but given how the first generation of Cheongang had a partnership with Manwol, they most likely had a decent relationship.
Changhui Han[]
After Changhui became the leader of Cheongang, he cut off the partnership with Manwol after deeming it to be unnecessary. Despite this, he still respected the boundaries between the two gang's turfs and didn't try to take over Yeongdeungpo.
